Our beef combines the very best health attributes of American Wagyu beef and grass fed beef, being significantly higher in monounsaturated fats, as well as omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, than commodity grain-fed beef.

Our Program

Watershed Ranches’ collection of progressive, pioneering cattle ranches are focused on humanely raising a herd that is suited for life at pasture.

This herd is crossbred with Kuroge Washu Black Wagyu bulls to produce beef with the elevated eating experience that comes from the remarkable intramuscular marbling inherent to the Wagyu breed. Our focus on regenerative agricultural practices promotes not only the sustainable utilization of pasture resources, but also ensures the cattle are thriving.
